Made of superior mild steel or carbon steel, this thimble is installed inside the wire rope loop to protect the cable from pinching and abrading.

Easy, quick and convenient to install. Loop the cable around the outer groove and secure with a ferrule or wire rope clip.

Wire Rope Thimble European Commercial Type is good for the light duty rigging applications.

Wire rope thimble not only creates a natural curve to support for the wire rope but also be used with other rigging accessories with a solid wire rope thimble eye to form wire rope sling.

Even with the zinc plating to help resist rust/corrosion, this rope thimble will be ideally suit for indoor or low-corrosive environments.
